NBVM exists to help athletes and families navigate opportunity with wisdom, maturity, and intentionality. We believe that talent may create opportunity, but character determines what is ultimately built from it — and that families, not just athletes, need to be equipped for what comes next.
Our work is not measured by books distributed, workshops delivered, or NIL deals secured. It is measured by stronger families, wiser decisions, responsible stewardship, positive community impact, and legacy that lasts beyond the playing field.
Why this work exists
We are living through one of the most significant transformations in the history of amateur and collegiate athletics. Today's athletes and families must navigate recruiting, transfer portals, social media visibility, personal branding, Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) opportunities, financial decisions, and increasingly complex athletic ecosystems.
Yet one reality remains constant: athletes train for competition, but families rarely train for opportunity. The Family Blessing Office™ and The Premier NIL Playbook™ were created to close that gap — not by predicting outcomes, but by preparing people.
